Eric Santagada

Eric Santagada blends meditation, vinyasa flow, breath work, mantra, and live music to create peaceful, powerful, authentic experiences for the whole person – mind, body, and soul. More than mere gymnastics, this practice culminates in perfect health, self-realization, and pure love of God.
Eric is currently building the Nashville YogaFarm – a nature preserve, Bhakti Yoga retreat center, greenhouse operation and tiny home village in Middle Tennessee. He has written and released two critically acclaimed albums of spiritual music. He holds his RYT-200 Certification from Asheville Yoga Center. He proudly markets doTERRA memberships. He has been managing the yoga program at Mantra Artisan Ales since January 2018.

Stephanie Schroeder

At Stephanie’s class, you will experience a sacred, mindful flow. This style of teaching embraces the balance of Yin and Yang through a unique variation of Vinyasa sequences.  With her background in holistic healthcare – as a chiropractic assistant and licensed esthetician – she incorporates aromatherapy, plant-based medicine, and grounding adjustments. She holds her RYT-200 certification from Asheville Yoga Center.   When she’s not teaching, she is caring for animals and surrounding herself in nature by kayaking, hiking, horseback riding and bicycling.
