Lindsey McCracken

I grew up playing sports, and was a college athlete in soccer and cross country. I have also suffered from an eating disorder and been a compulsive over-exerciser for much of my life. I scoffed at yoga, saying it wasn’t “real” exercise. After a multitude of injuries, surgeries, health issues, and treatment for anorexia, I came to grips that I HAD to find another outlet for movement. I can honestly say this practice has saved my life. It has taught me to find joy in movement, peace in meditation, community, and appreciation for what my body can do. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Instructor and am also Trauma Sensitive Yoga Certified. I love teaching Yin Yoga as well. In my classes, you can expect to connect with your breath, build strength, and go through a creative flow!
